Travis is a true professional. He came prepared and diagnosed the issue(s) with our pool, and then he worked with the warranty company to take care of them. He did quality work and he communicated through out. If your pool equipment needs repair, rest assured Travis and Arizona Pools will take care of you.

I have used Travis for three years plus, my pool started off green and needing help, Travis fixed the issues . He has taken care of it since then. It has looked great every day since. He and Ricky know pools, thanks great Customer service, very trustworthy and reasonable and affordable prices.

AZ Quality Pools was recommended to me via the NextDoor App. The owner, Travis, and I exchanged messages for a couple days before I had an idea of what he would charge for the work I needed done. He arrived on time, as schedule; competent and professional.
Travis understood that cost was an important limiting factor in my situation, and advised where I would be able to take on the more laborious work, all the while supervising my effort at restoring my old pool. He was very flexible/accommodating with time, offered to leave his equipment for my personal use (much appreciated!), was virtually available on demand, and gave me the confidence to get the job done. I highly recommend calling AZ Quality pools for an estimate for repair or service.
After evaluating our pool, he recommended to swap out the type of filter used, as our was very old and last updated in the '80s. With the amount of leaves and other debris in our pool area, we were fighting a losing battle maintaining a sand filter. We agreed to a reasonably competitive estimate (as compared to book price *without install* from the local pool store) and he helped drain the pool. Once drained, the filter and impeller were replaced and all exposed plumbing was professionally replaced.
After power washing the pool surface, Travis pointed out a few issues, noting where previous repair work had been performed. He took the time to explain the options to repair the surface, and explained the inherent risks of performing or not performing certain tasks. Ultimately advising to resurface the pool with an epoxy based paint recommended from his supplier. He also consulted on small repairs to be made to damaged plaster. He brought me all the materials and information I needed to make the repairs. Once filled, he restored the chemical balance of the pool.
