Honestly I can't give Erik enough stars....he is a phenomenal home inspector. If you want someone that is detailed oriented to the T and takes the time to show and explain everything to you (if your able to be on site when he is there), then I would say you have no other option than Erik! The hard copy home inspection report mirrors in detail everything and I mean everything he uncovered during the inspection along with supporting photos. In addition to his experience and expertise he is a really nice person. Bottom line in my humble opinion, you will not be disappointed if you choose to have Erik as your home inspector.
