Evidently this company is not qualified to survey my property because it's too difficult for them. It's already surveyed on two sides and it's straight lines. Their customer service stated that if it was the least bit difficult, they wouldn't do it. They have enough business and don't want mine. Enjoy.

GTS survey was better than I could have expected. They were super quick to provide my husband and I an estimate on separating our land into two parcels. They even finished the job 2 weeks before the expected timeline that we had originally agreed on! Deb at the front desk was always friendly, kind, and professional thought out the whole project and in helping answer any questions we had. We will be using GTS survey again for future projects and subdivisions. Would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for a positive survey experience.

My experience with GTS was...confusing. There were multiple misunderstandings and communication issues (like them getting my email address wrong when sending a quote that I never received), though in fairness, correspondence was still kept friendly and cordial which is always appreciated.
The confusing part was that they at first provided a quote, which came too late, and I missed out on a property that I was curious about having surveyed before making an offer, in order to help clarify the location of an easement. But then they declined to give me a second quote on a different property (of different dimensions), stating that the surveyor expressed his condolences but just didn't have the time for it.
...but even though I clarified that this second request wasn't time-sensitive, they still declined, which is really bizarre to me.
At first I gave them 2 stars because that's the rating for "dislike", but I felt I should be generous because they were at least polite about it, so I'm bumping it up to 3.

This is the best Survey Company in Cochise County. They are highly rated in state of Arizona.
