Arizona Rainfall exceeded our expectations from the design process to completion. Tim Brown listened to our ideas and created not just a pool design, but a backyard oasis that was exactly what we wanted. He made it easy to select materials for all aspects of the project. Everything new integrated really well with our existing BBQ, bar, and TV area. The firepit they built is unique and inviting. The pool design fits so well for us, and the engineering work is second to none. We love the different levels in the pool that provide all kinds of seating areas for great conversations with friends and family. The pool umbrellas were strategically placed to block the afternoon sun. They packed a lot of detail into a relatively small pool. The self-vacuuming jets work so well that the bottom of the pool is always clean. We never have to worry about leaves and debris collecting in the pool. The various workers were always professional and courteous. Top-notch work all the way around. Work completed ahead of schedule and on budget. No money down until the entire job is finished.

We had a great experience working with Arizona Rainfall in designing and installing our landscaping and pool. Did our diligence on the front end prior to retaining them, and found that all of our neighbors raved about their quality, integrity and customer service. They did not disappoint! Tim, Roy, Mario and their teams were outstanding - on-site everyday, and very responsive to questions and creative in design and in resolving issues and challenges along the way. Everything was on-time and budget! I've worked with many landscape and pool companies over the years, and never had such a great experience and resulting product as I did this time with Arizona Rainfall!

Tim designed our backyard and his team crushed it out of the park. They show up, work hard, and clean up every day they are out. We can't say enough about Arizona Rainfall. They did our original Landscaping here in The Grand 19 years ago. We love it here in the Summer when it is quiet and you don't need to make tee times for golf...although it can get quite hot at times. Not sure what prompted us to put in a pool after all these years, but it seemed a better idea than moving to a house that already had one. We gave Arizona Rainfall a call, since we had a neighbor who had Rainfall build her a pool, just to see if it would be affordable and what the time factor would be since it was already January and of course we wanted it by Summer. They sent Randy out; their Pool Designer/ Estimator/ Scheduler/ Bossman/ & Quality Controller. We had an idea of what we wanted, but didn't really think that there was room to do it. He took measurements, and within a couple of days got back with us a plan on paper, and also a computer generated overhead Youtube video, showing all the features working: the pool fountains, the spillway from the spa, all the various pool and spa lighting as it changed to evening darkness. So we were sold, but would it be finished by Summer? We had heard stories of how long it takes to finally get your pool started, much less finished. Randy said that it would be finished March 26th...we both were thinking "RIGHT," but true to his word, he delivered on March 26th...still too cool to swim in without a wetsuit, unless you want to heat it, which we could have, with warmer days around the corner, we will stick to the spa and maybe stick our feet in the Baja Deck to check the temperature once in a while...bring on the Summer Heat! Thank you again Randy...your crews are absolutely artists in their field.

Randy and his team turned our dirt lot into a beautiful backyard where we can now spend our time at home. Our ability to make decisions lacks, but Randy was able to take a few key wants and desires to finalize a yard we have been drawing up for 2 years! We were told 2 weeks from the start date the backyard would be done. Crews showed up and started the EXACT day they said they would. Due to weather it did take an extra day to finish, that hardly bothered us though because Randy’s communication through the process was second to none! I was impressed from the minute he came for the consultation to the day the project was completed. Amazing company to have do our backyard and Randy is a fantastic representative of what customer service is about! Thank you all for creating this beautiful backyard!!
