We were very pleased with the timeliness, expertise and the explanation of the problem that Bumble Bee‘s technician Craig did. When we called the office to talk schedule the call, we talked to a local scheduler, who was able to tell us immediately what time the technician will come and she also added it may be sooner, and it was sooner. It is super important if the temperature is 115 degrees F, as it is today. I will highly recommend Bumble Bee A/C.

The crew showed up on time, answered any questions we had, and cleaned up before they left. Everything was very professional. The owner even showed up to check on the progress during the day. We were impressed that she did that. We are very pleased with their service and will not hesitate to call on them again.

Can't recommend this company enough! We made the mistake of having another local company that was a 'friend of a friend' come out a couple weeks ago to do a maintenance/inspection on our unit just to check if our freon levels were good. They told us freon levels were great, but we needed a new $15,000 unit because our capacitors were all bad :/. Had an odd feeling about the experience and thought the unit sounded different the night that company left, and within the week our unit stopped working completely. Dylan was able to diagnose that the other company left a valve open and made all of our freon leak out, and also show us that the capacitors on our unit were correct and all working, and many problems with the invoice the other company had given us. We very much appreciate the honesty and integrity. He was on time, thorough, took photos, gave great explanations and he was able to give us some great suggestions for how to improve our existing system. When the time comes and/or budget allows to replace we will absolutely be calling Bumblebee. Also shoutout to Kevin, who helped us last time with our unit when we first moved into our house. We will never call another company again and be sure to refer you guys, we also work in the home service industry and love being able to spread the word about great reliable companies we have used and trust.

Bumblebee inspected my heat pump and identified the return air supply was insufficient and causing damage to the unit. They quoted a competitive price for replacing the ductwork and adding an additional return. They honored the original price and completed the work in a single day. They were professional and stayed in communication through the job completion. 6 months later everything is still working smoothly and we are very satisfied with the work they did.
