Came out at precise appointment time. Tech needed a little help from owner. Owner came out quickly and had my AC working perfectly in very little time for a very reasonable cost. He took the time to explain what he was doing to service my home's ac unit and walk me through the check process to ensure my ac is functioning at its best for the hot AZ summer. I have been using PriceMyAC for about 3 years now. They have always been very professional and responsive. Anytime I have an issue, they have someone out either the same day or the next. They are good people and honor their work. Johnny M has been the primary technician I’ve worked with, and he has always been excellent. Today, my AC went out, and he was here in less than 2 hours. Really appreciate this company and plan to continue to do business with them. Edit 12/29/2023: I recently had PriceMyAC back out to install a new AC unit (Bosch rooftop packaged unit). I got a few quotes - their pricing was on the lower end, and I already knew I could trust them, so it was an easy choice. I had a bunch of questions, and John Lamont (CEO) was happy to explain and talk me through everything. John and Johnny did an excellent job on the install. They put in a larger roof jack, added an additional return for better airflow, and made sure my ducts were in a good shape to handle the new unit. Another great experience.

Price my A/C completed a complete replacement of my existing A/C and heating units in 2020. They were great to work with, provided competitive, fair pricing, and have responded to every call I have made in a quick time-frame and reliable manner. When installing the unit I needed to coordinate for them to install when my neighbor was home because I could not be there. They were flexible and the installation was performed without a hitch. When the first winter came and we needed to use the heat, it wasn't working properly and they sent someone the very next day who was able to fix the problem immediately. I just had the units serviced yesterday, and again had to coordinate with my neighbor since I couldn't be there. They were great about communicating their arrival time to her and keeping me looped in as well. I would highly recommend Price My A/C if you are looking for service or an updated unit.

He said that he could stop by in about 30 minutes and he arrived promptly on time. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and our AC was working again soon after.
