I've used other businesses for these products until I came across Steve at Air and Sun Shade Products and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. He was as attentive to a very small project as he is now to a much more ambitious installation. He's unfailingly patient, highly knowledgeable and his pricing is highly competitive.
Highly recommend. Great quality and service - Steve is wonderful to work with and has provided excellent shades for us on a few projects

Air & Sun Shade made three custom sized sunshade panels for me. All three are now mounted on outdoor frames on our patio, and fit perfectly. They are tough and attractive and should last for years. Grommets, seams and materials all meet high standards of manufacture.

EXCELLENT pricing, service and communication. They replaced a large retractable canvas awning in our rear yard. Their price was about 35% less than the other, well known bidder and the time frame was quicker. Our retractable framework/motor was not functioning properly after they they installed but they troubleshoot it, checked the motor, cleaned all of the moving parts and got it back on track at no extra cost. Highly recommend them!

I asked for a sales person to come out to my house to measure and show me samples for an exterior awning for my dining room window. Out first and only visit was really fast and I didn't really get a chance to ask questions as the gentlemen was in a huge hurry. I wanted details but he said he would get back to me. He said he would be out of town for about 3 days and then would get back to me with an estimate. Well, a week went by and nothing. I was pretty busy with work and did not call him. On the second week he called in a flurry asking me if he had sent me an estimate. I said no. He said he would send an estimate via email. Nada. I checked my spam and nothing there. I called him and he got rather defensive saying he had sent it. I told him no. Reluctantly he emailed it and I got the estimate. Later on I got another estimate by another local company. I am totally satisfied with the other company and will definely go with them. The owner was so thorough that even I could not think of any other questions to ask him. Interestingly the second company's proposal was half the cost of the first! I am an interior designer so I have an idea what these awnings cost. The first compnay was taking me to the cleaners!!!!
