We used Tucson Awning for a store front awning. Looks great. Remains to be seen how durable it will be in the Tucson sun. They also installed a building sign that was fabricated by someone else. Would highly recommend. They answer their phones every time I call.
Tucson Awning and Screen sadly incapable of good service, nice people but incompetent business people in the middle of a move, very unorganized, did not show up for original measuring appt, after multiple attempts to reschedule they came back out…. And proceeded to lose the measurements and could not provide a quote, the owner is over her skis in this business and needs to hand it over to someone who can run it properly, would definitely stay away until then!

Today, Matt and Kenny replaced our company's awning, and I'm incredibly grateful for their efforts. A big thank you to Tucson Awning for completing the job swiftly and efficiently. After researching replacements around town, I found Tucson Awning to be the best option—they responded promptly and finished the job in record time.

Matt and Kenny were out to install our new custom screen door today and did a great job! They were very professional and cleaned up afterward! From the estimate all the way to the completion of the project they did a 5 star job. 10/10 recommend Tucson Awning & Screen! Thank you!

We have a home that was built in the late 50s and had a custom screen door that had the old style hanging rollers that were problematic. Matt from Tucson Awning and Screen came out, accessed the situation and recommended that we install a new modern top track.
Matt worked skillfully removing the old track and side railings which was a considerable amount of work. When everything was completed we had a strong, smooth gliding and great looking contemporary sliding screen door that offered better security and durability.
I would highly recommend Tucson Awning and Screen to anyone looking to replace any broken, torn, or non functioning screen in their home.

Less than 3 very short years after installation of a traditional style awning, the frame is RUSTING right thru the fabric! WTH? Shop around...they want $1/3$ of what we paid for the awning originally to "fix" it (like it should have been done originally) under the warrantee they claimed would cover it for 10 years. Wish we had gone elsewhere now.
