So far, so good!
My house is really important to me. It's small, but it's mine, and it's home. I was nervous when an unexpected event occurred.
I thought that I was capable of handling "a little water", but soon found myself overwhelmed. Boy, was I wrong.
Miguel came out and explained the process, introduced me to Sam, the lead technician, set up equipment and visited me daily until demolition and mitigation could begin. Miguel is an expert in his field, with strong leadership qualities learned in the USMC.
Sam is a gem! He's been great with communicating with me, he came in on Saturday, he's hard working, fast and efficient. He's been great explaining the paperwork and letting me know how things are going. I really like Sam. Ruben is great - he won't stop calling me sir, but other than that, I'm super pleased with the work he's done. He's respectful and kind, and I'm glad to have him working on the house. I've only spent a few minutes with Daniel, but he seems like a great member of the team as well. And he laughs at my jokes, with means he's a great guy.
Angelina, who did the pack out, and her team are wonderful. They're so fast, thorough, methodical, helpful, and communicated perfectly. Angelina was great to work with and so was her team. I feel really good with how they packed up everything.

Great company to work with from start to finish. The project manager Billy came out promptly for an estimate and I was quoted a fair price with a detailed breakdown within 24hrs, Hector and Frank came through with the flooring, vinyl and plumbing handiwork and were definitely skilled for the job and got it done quickly and thoroughly. Would definitely recommend and use again for future services. Thanks for the help!

I was very pleased with the service that Arizona Restoration Pros provided after water flooded my house when the water connection broke between the wall and the bathroom toilet.
My son in law was kind enough to start bailing out the water in the house.
I called Az Restoration Pros and they arrived within an hour of calling them.
They sent out the cavalry to take over the work of removing the water and start drying out the walls throughout the house.
Everyone was very professional and knew what they were doing.
They brought all the needed water extraction equipment, fans, and heaters, etc to handle the water removal and prevent mold from occupying.
They opened up the walls only where necessary. They made smaller 4”holes that allowed the air to circulate and dry the walls.
I appreciated Az Restoration Pros quick and knowledgeable response, and attention to detail.
They explained everything that they were doing. I was relieved and felt that everything would be taken care of.
All the work was done in an efficient and timely manner.
In fact, I was amazed how quickly the restoration, reconstruction, & painting process was proceeding.
AJ and his crew restored the drywall to its original condition.
Not only was AJ a masterful painter, but he did an expert job of replacing the tile in the closet, rehanging carpets on the wall, and handling 16 lacquered wall hangings.
I hope no one has a flood, but if you do, this is a great company, and Danielle and all the others will take great care of you.

Our office had a plumbing back up. AZ Restoration Pros was able to come in the same day and contain the water damage. They were extremely communicative and made sure the job was done right. We also contracted them to repair the holes and replace stripping across the bottom of the wall. This was also done quickly with minimal interruption to our operations. Their prices are also competitive with others companies. Their customer service is second to none. I have already referred them for a residential job, as well. If I, unfortunately, ever have water damage in my home, Arizona Restoration Pros will be my one and only call to fix the problem. Highly recommend.
