The owner is very disinvolved with his employees, the superintendent for the stucco crew is very disrespectful and does not respect the workers or there confidentially in any way, talks behind workers back and won't confront them on there problems or for anything, makes threats towards you when hes with other people but never let's you know, had the worst experience working for this company would not recommend working here at all the pay is the worst for a hard labor job especially in Arizona heat, they run things very unorganized and pick favorites and justify it by saying it's just "seniority based" but that's never mentioned at the interview or on application, and on top of it the foreman's are lazy cry babys that cry when they got to lift a finger they dont goto you they go straight to the superintendent I recommend koedeker and kenyon or any other construction place this one is just the worst
