We unfortunately had a roof leak and had some damage to our attic drywall. Keith came over and gave us a reasonable quote for damage repair. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable and he explained things in a way that was easy for us to understand, which was really helpful because we've never dealt with anything like this before. We are still in the process of discovering whether the builder will cover repairs with their own people but if we have our choice of who repairs our drywall we will definitely pick Keith.

Keith repaired two areas in our garage ceiling that were damaged by water leaks. He showed up on time, maintained a clean workspace, and cleaned up afterwards. The texturing is indistinguishable from the rest of the ceiling. Also, his bid was significantly less than the other two bids I received. While this was a small project, this may have been the best experience I've ever had with a contractor for home repair.
