I was referred to this company several years ago after Creative Aluminum did an Awning for me which continually leaked. I had James come out and he told me there was not enough pitch and because there are such high winds in Tuscon Marana area the rain is blowing backwards causing the leaks . He told me 400.00 cash to his workers. Well they came said they lowered the pitch 3 inches which they did not. Patio leaks worse. His guys also put flex seal on the roof area at the patio got it on my siding the seal was white my house is beige. They also said that will be 500.00. Needless to say I stopped payment on the 100.00 contacted James and said this needs to be corrected. He told me my patio was a piece of junk. Said he only give me 200.00 back. I said I want all my money back. I now have to fix what he said he could fix. I know that part of my roof needs addressed. But the patio looks horrible now and is not levels it is a mess. I asked him if we could some how meet at my house to try to resolve but now he does not responded.

First impressions were good, and I like to support veteran owned businesses. In hind sight, I should have gone with Westerner Products on Grant Rd. Much better quality. It took two months to get scheduled, and the crew that showed up were young, inexperienced kids. The materials were cheap, the workmanship sloppy. Both door frames for my screen room were oversized and out of plumb, resulting in a large stack of shims for the latches, gaps at the top, and the piston closer brackets had to be bent and the rods hung below the brackets supported only by the tangs of the pins, which failed to carry the load. One door is so bad, that the wind blows it inward past the door jambs, and I had to remove the frame to get the door open. Both door sweeps were cut 1-1/2" short, allowing lizards and bugs in. The kickplates were installed wavy, and even after adjustment, are still very wavy. Half the screen splines were not seated, and they forgot to fill a large gap on one end between the frame and building. There were metal shavings all over, even after I loaned them my shop vac. Dropped screws in the driveway. The foam plugs between the frame and metal roof were not glued adequately and a little wind popped several out. The owner promised to replace the short sweeps, but it's been weeks and no response. Would not recommend this company, very disappointed. Westerner Products uses much better quality components for their screen rooms, doors, and screening options, which is why they were pricier. I wish I could add pictures to this review of the shoddy workmanship to show that it is worse than I described. Multiple emails sent, no resolution, and it looks like I am stuck repairing this mess myself. I had also posted a review/complaint on the BBB website, got acknowledgement, but then the review was pulled and showed no complaints, furthering my distrust of the BBB and any company that uses them to give the false appearance of integrity.

Great experience with this company. James was honest, fair, on-time and very easy to work with. Had a large, oddly-shaped patio cover project done, and the three-man crew James sent were excellent. Mark, John and Cisco were hard-working, really friendly, and did a great job on a pretty complicated project. And the little things that always come up were handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had screens put in. 2 windows and a carport 25’. They said they did not carry 90% . We chose 80%. The windows are fine. But the framing and method used for the carport was not satisfactory. The fabric desired was not heavy enough and 1, 25’ frame is not the best way for installation. I must live with it now, but won’t refer my friends.

Flat out amazing company! They did gutters on the front entry of our house, across the back, and did a 224sqft pergola by our pool. All work was totally professionally done, the crew that did the gutters and pergola install were extremely nice, and were very respectful to our property. From James who gave us our estimate to the install crew, to the folks in the office it was a fantastic experience dealing with M&M! I totally recommend M&M Home Supply they are a wonderful, honest company that stands by what they do.
