Four years ago, we built our pool with SoAZ. We were incredibly impressed with the process and the attention our project received then. Now, years later, I realized that a piece of our pool equipment was not functioning properly. We are long out of warranty but I thought I would send Justin at SoAZ an email asking for help connecting me to a repair person. I sent that email on a Saturday and received an almost instantaneous same day reply. First thing Monday morning I received a call from the repair tech, 20 minutes later he was at my house, and 20 minutes later it was all fixed and ready to go. Customer service like this is such a rarity. We cannot be happier with SoAZ and our pool. One of the very best decisions we made!
SoAZ Pools specializes in superb pool builds. We are very very pleased with our pool and gazebo project. Justin and his dad are great...they have an extraordinary Superintendent named Mr. Steve Minor. Steve knows everything about all pool building phase and shares with pride. Working with him was enriching. His meticulous approach and constant communication created synergy, peace of mind and true transparency...all this really made a profound difference and lasting positive impression with me and my family. Steve' Minor has no equal, his interactions were always positive and proved he is a masterful pool expert who loves his job and his people. His leadership focus helped deliver CONSISTENT HIGH QUALITY RESULTS, GENUINE COMMITMENT TO OPTIMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY PLEASANT BUSINESS SAVVY!

SOAZ is a fantastic pool builder to work with. From first contact, through the design phase, construction, finishing touches and beyond. The entire process was professional and seamless. Our build superintendent was amazing! If you’re lucky enough to have Steve Minor as your super, you have struck gold. He is the kindest, hard working guy. He is meticulous and does not accept sub-par work from anyone. He truly became a great friend through our build. SOAZ stands by their work, any small issue we’ve had, one phone call and it’s taken care of. If you’re in the market for a pool, I can’t recommend SOAZ enough.

We are beyond grateful and happy that our pool was built by the team at SoAZ pools! we started working with Justin back in February as we had a fall out with another company who abandoned our project. Communication was always seamless, and Justin helped us so much getting back on track with construction and gave a very clear picture of the process coming up. With all the city permit BS switching contractors and project planning they broke ground again in May and our pool was finished at the end of July. Every subcontractor that came to our home was friendly and hardworking, the amount these guys accomplished on a single day at a time was insane. Steve managed our project and was so helpful and kind and checked in on the project regularly. Our pool is beautiful, the yard looks amazing, we have such good feelings about our experience with this company. I would recommend them to anyone I know in a heartbeat. Coming from someone who has gone with the wrong guys before and seen just how bad a project can get, these guys raised the bar way higher than we ever expected. We know our project was not one of their bigger jobs however they treated us like we really mattered to them, it went a long way in our book. The price was fair and the quality was exceptional, if you really want a pool let them make it happen for you. GIVE THEM A CALL

Steve Minor with Southern Arizona Pools is amazing. Southern Arizona Pools is amazing and have had the best experience with them through this entire process. Steve came out the other day to just check on a minor thing for us and he spent so much time educating us on the ins and outs of maintenance for our pool and even took our sample of water and gave a detailed analysis of how to better our current routine. There are no words to describe how he went above and beyond to go over so many things. He went above and beyond and you can tell his passion is in the pool business. He came to bring us a new cap for our chlorinator and he ended up teaching us about how to make our pool perfect. We love Southern Arizona Pools and recommend them to everyone. We’ve had so much better experiences than our neighbors who went with other companies. Steve just put the icing on the cake for us.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish with the entire SoAZ Pool Team!!
From my initial consultation to the completion of my beautiful new pool and spa, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
Steve, Itzel, and Justin impressed me with their genuine interest in understanding my vision. They took the time to explain all of the options, walking me through the pros and cons of different designs and materials. This personalized approach made us feel confident that we were in good hands.
The SoAZ team used 3D rendering software to give me a virtual tour of my proposed pool, which was incredibly helpful in visualizing the end result. Their creativity and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the design was tailored to fit my landscape and personal aesthetic needs with my desire to have plenty of space for the pool and the yard for my dogs (some are even in the pictures)!
Once the construction began, we were consistently impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Steve (the project manager) kept me informed at every stage, and addressed any questions or concerns I had. The quality of workmanship was evident in each phase, from the precise excavation to the flawless tiling and finish work (they even re-leveled the spa twice JUST to make sure there was an even amount of water slowly spilling over all the champagne spa edges!)
Throughout the project, the customer service was exemplary. Everyone we interacted with, from the office staff to the on-site workers, was courteous and dedicated to making the experience as smooth as possible. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the project.
The finished pool and spa is nothing short of spectacular. The attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship are evident in every inch of the space. It has transformed my desert of a backyard into a luxurious oasis that we enjoy every day. Friends and family have been equally impressed, and we have received countless compliments on the design and build quality. Even the neighbors throughout the entire street have complemented how perfect everything matches the 3D design we didbefore it all started!
I wholeheartedly recommend SoAZ Pools and Steve’s team to anyone considering building a pool or spa! Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a standout in the industry. Thank you to Steve and the SoAZ Pools Team for making my dream pool a reality!

SOAZ pools did a great job designing our backyard. The pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, travertine patio, turf and landscaping was creatively and professionally executed. The project was handled by Steve Minor, who provided many additional creative ideas, as well as managing the entire project efficiently.

We could not be more pleased with the way our backyard project turned out. From design to completion, everyone we worked with was fantastic and each step of the process exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy and any needed adjustments were addressed quickly and graciously. Our family is absolutely loving the new pool, putting green, and artificial grass play space. The patio, outdoor kitchen, and landscaping look top-notch as well. There were so many hands involved in this project, but it really came together seamlessly and we appreciate the work and dedication put in by each one. Thank you, SoAz Pools!
