I got the best best driver he was sooooo help full and one of the nicest people I have met in arizona so far ..Charles went the extra mile and time to help me and He / Charles was what I consider the best person in all my years of dealing with tripel AAA ..thankyou ..Charles I cant thankyou enoph / out of the Phoenix area for tripel AAA and to the office or higher ups you need to keep him and give him a raise he makes you guys look so good ..he really is one of your BEST EMPLOYEES . I will never forget his kindness during a very stressful time ..I felt so safe CHARLES OUT OF Phoenix is just a really the best very best employee :):):)

This survey company is unlicensed and not permitted to do survey work in Arizona. They have no stamp to certify any drawings. Work is substandard. Call azbtr az board of technical registration before you hire them.

Spoke with Art who is unbelievably unprofessional, was told they would do a survey the next week, so I called on Mon morning to cancel because I need a different type for the civil engineer. They said the survey was already done. I went by the lot and it wasn't. They rushed out that day in the afternoon and put stakes in....I asked to speak with Rudy who apparently put stakes in Fri or Sat and he said "you talk to me" like you can't even reach the person who did the survey work. Just beware, I would strongly, STRONGLY recommend using someone else.

If there was a way to leave this company a 0 star review I would. The company does not stand by it's commitment of one day turn around, when questioned about timelines they react with disrespect and complete lack of professionalism. As an insurance agent I enjoy sending referral business to individuals locally in Tucson. However after referring this company to a large referral partner and having them disappointed and then myself disrespected by the owner himself it is will 100% certainty that I wouldn't even give this company a second opportunity with another valued customer. There are things that happen, timelines can be missed, communication can be foggy but there is one thing that should never in business be questioned. Integrity. This company and it's owner has none.
