He is professional, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that what needs to be done, gets done! For any survey job you might need, I highly recommend this company! Best support I’ve had in years. Being disabled, Bryan went out of his way to understand my needs and met them above and beyond my expectations. He added additional markers to help me remotely see my land boundaries and was very patient while communicated my final concerns over a few days. Bryan was on-time and completed the job in two weeks from the word go. I was VERY impressed. This Veteran appreciates everything done.

As he did the survey he made sure that our neighbors were aware. When he was done he made sure we understood our property lines and how to read his blueprints. He explained everything well and answered all of our questions, and even walked the new boundary lines around the whole parcel with us after he had set the pins so we knew exactly where all of our lot lines were. I contacted Bryan Kagel regarding a boundary between properties. I knew nothing about how surveying is conducted. Bryan was very gracious with his time and explained many of the nuances (unknown to me) regarding surveying and property boundary disputes. His experience in this area and knowledge in terms of how a survey map can help (or not) in a court of law was enlightening. His maps are detailed and beautifully drawn.
