I appreciate businesses that put the human being first. With J.O. this was clear. Upon inquiry for a survey estimate he promptly responded to my requests and took the time to understand the parameters of my project. This ended up requiring research into plot maps, City records and more. In the end I didn’t my project didn’t require a survey, but J.O. offered a lot of education (both with respect to legal and city matters), several possible solutions to my problem and recommendations on how to resolve it, which ultimately saved me several thousand dollars. JO and his associates did a wonderful job. JO worked around our schedule and was there bright and early and ON TIME for a multiple appointments. No corners were but and no rock was left unturned! He also worked with both myself and my neighbor so that we could get the best price. I highly recommend JO!!
