We were initially thinking about replacing our outdated wood floor tiles with new wooden planks but in the end decided against it because of constantly having to make sure the floors were dry, after the kids got in and out of our pool. We decided to put in wood-look tiles because of the low maintenance but we just didn't like the way they looked and felt, until we found BV Tile & Stone. They had a wide variety of quality tiles that actually looked and felt like real wood! We ended up purchasing and installing our tiles right before Covid hit (about 2+ years ago). We always get compliments and look of surprise when we tell people it's not real wood :) The floors look as beautiful as the day we installed them and we no longer freak out when we see little puddles of water and foot steps to and from the pool!
Recently, we decided to update our guest bathroom and went back to BV Tile & Stone and spoke to Benny the owner. He listened to my wife's ideas and helped us pick the porcelain floor tiles and the subway tiles for the backsplash. We are ecstatic at how it all turned out!

Great experience working with Laura and the rest of the team at BV. High quality, exquisite selection of large tiles that we used for our bathrooms and that even our contractors commented positively about. When we needed additional tiles, Laura was easy and prompt to work with, and it was great to have a point of contact to answer questions and issues that arise.

We needed help selecting pavers for our patio project. Our contractor had provided a couple of samples, but they were not exactly what we were going for in terms of style and durability. We reached out to BV Tile and Stone and they were so knowledgeable about the types of pavers available, their durability and installation process. They answered all our questions regarding the pavers’ quality and performance, and provided valuable feedback for all of our concerns. They even reached out to our contractor to make sure the pavers were installed correctly. The end result is just beautiful! We are delighted with our new porcelain pavers! They are exactly what we wanted, modern and gorgeous to look at. We expect to enjoy them for many, many years to come. We would definitely recommend everyone to BV Tile and Stone!

After I installed the nice porcelain tiles from BV, I came back for the countertops. I was advised to buy this pattern so I need to buy only 3 slabs instead of 4 because I want to have 3 waterfalls. It turns out very nice and modern. Thank you very much for your advice Laura

We were adviced by Laura Leonetti sales manager for some Italy porcelain and end up with a nicer and cheaper price than the one that we planned to buy. My floor turn out so beautiful. Thank you Laura for your advice

We were left high and dry when our tile guy let us know that our shower wall tile was never ordered by our local tile company when he went to pick up the supplies for install. After a desperate search for a replacement tile, we soon realized that we had picked the original tile for a reason. After a google search, I stumbled upon this place that had the tile in stock. Within 24 hours, we had our tile purchased and they had it out for shipment. Somehow, despite the tile shipping almost 2,500 miles, we managed to save a few bucks from our original purchase! Can’t recommend highly enough!

We found the tile we wanted on Houzz and saw it was from BV. We live in San Francisco so couldn't come in person, but Laura let us facetime her at the store to see the tile, then arranged shipping and freight for us (twice because of course we mis-measured!), and ensured everything was safe and reasonably priced. The service was really unexpected and made our remodel so much easier.
We tried to find tile locally, and went to about 6 different places, but it was obvious that BV's tile was the best and we knew we had to have it! Thanks for your amazing help Laura!

BV Tile and stone came through for the second time. 2 years ago they helped me remodel my house completely. This year we wanted to update our outdoor living space and trusted BV to make it possible.
Benny was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right tiles for the right application. He was extremely competitive and delivered our materials on time on point.
BV worked with our contractor to make sure that the installation process was done correctly and up to code. Finished product looks amazing and we were able to do it within the budget. Thank you Benny once again.
