Cal Rep were amazing. They were highly recommended by our neighbors above us. The initial meeting was quick, no nonsense, and our rep Tim went through the options. A massive change from when we had a meeting with one of the "bigger" companies where the rep talked our ear off for 2 hours! Tim was super helpful in explaining the process, going through the measurements and provided us a quote with a quick turnaround. They said the windows would be ready in 3-4 weeks, but to be honest I think they were ready after 2. They confirmed the installation date and the install team came out. Art and his crew arrived bang on time, and they were impeccable in laying down drop cloths to ensure they didn't damage any flooring or anything, and they cleaned up after as if they'd never been there. The install took less than 3 hours end to end, and our condo looks amazing now. The windows themselves are superb, whisper quiet and so easy to open and have auto-locks. In addition we back up to a baseball park and we can't hear any noise from there now with our windows closed. I highly recommend Cal Rep for Windows, you won't be disappointed!

One slider includes a nifty pet door which seems to be unique in the industry, and is much appreciated by our big old cats. 5 stars for Cal. Replacement Windows! They put in 12 Windows plus a sliding glass door almost 2 years ago. The crew showed up on time and they did the job expertly, swiftly, and with complete professionalism. They have also just recently come out to replace a broken screen for FREE, even though it was through no fault of their own, and we were outside of our warranty. That is above-and- beyond service in a time when everyone wants to charge for everything. When we decide to complete the rest of the house with new windows they will be at the top of our list. A+++

After shopping with 4 window replacement companies, we finally found a company that is 1) professional--Thanks Tim Incavo , 2) timely--they gave us the time frame and stuck to it!, 3) so meticulous in their service and workmanship--Thanks to Roger and the entire crew. Then just to put a "cherry on top", they helped us by installing new outside shutters for our new windows, 2 weeks after the project was completed!--Not in the quote... They just wanted to make sure that we were happy with the entire project!... And we are!...Thanks Ben!.
