I'm so happy we decided to stop by Discount Window and Door. We were looking for Vinyl Bi-folding doors and were hoping to see a display. DWD had a huge showroom with informative staff. Sage was great and answered all my questions. We decided to purchase the La Cantina brand from them. The lead time was quick and overall the process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend!

My sliding door came with only one of the screen doors back in July. They said they couldn't find the other one in the warehouse so the manufacturer was going to make a new one. It's September and I haven't heard anything from my rep, Mike Honoré. I've called him and sent him emails with no response. Absolutely unprofessional! I do to recommend working with Mike and sadly I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family.

Ordered our doors received them damaged, we were told they would be replaced/fixed, we’ve called, left messages, this has been going on since December! I get that a pandemic is going on and items are “back ordered” and companies are no longer the same with treating costumers the same but come on!!!! Get it together! I’ve left messages for Martin and he’s a ghost. Not sure how management is ran here but if you plan on ordering from her hope it runs smoothly without a flaw! Maybe it’s that we didn’t have 100k order so we aren’t looked at as a high priority on their agenda? Whatever it maybe still waiting with a damaged frame & screen... going on almost 6 months.

Very good people, their prices are much better than Home Depot's. They can build any window, any configuration. The only thing is that you need a contractors licence, which you can borrow from a friend .

They handle everything so we'll that I literally have to do nothing with my customer but pick up the order and install after ive sent them in. James Curtis is escpecialy great at what he does. He has feild experience with helps with orders.
