Had a leak in the roof of our new home that resulted in mold and water damage in a bedroom. Jeff and his teams did a phenomenal job on the repairs and had excellent communication throughout the whole process! Would definitely recommend 911 Restoration for anyone who needs repairs completed!!

I initially called 911 restoration on July 20 and I explained to them that my ceiling had water damage due to the AC leaking water. They scheduled me for Monday. Wade showed up and he quickly accessed and answered every question I had. Wade went beyond my expectations as he quickly answered my questions via text. 911 restoration was able to remove the water leak ceiling area and were able to replace it. I highly recommend 911 restoration for your water leaks or mold related damages.

Jeff Fenwick and his team were on top of everything from beginning to end. 9/11 restoration communicated efficiently and directly with me as the homeowner. They were flexible to any needs and schedules. They ensured that I was getting the best possible outcome and services! For example, when installing my new flooring they would ask permission for any changes and run through everything before starting on any work. I would recommend anyone to contact them for any future restorations!
