My home was flooded within two hours by a leaking toilet line. When I called Alert they responded within 15 minutes. Troy who supervised and worked along side with his crew during the mitigation part was very knowledgeable and explained the process. Troy’s commitment was impressive he gave his full attention to cleaning up my home in a timely manner he was here everyday until the job was complete. I highly recommend Alert Disaster Restoration. Thank you Troy for all the hours and commitment that you and your team put in to clean up my home.
Mark from ADR managed to do an excellent job at painting our back fence that had horrible graffiti on it. Highly recommend him to do get the job done. Great customer service. Here are the before and after pictures.

I saw Mr. Mark with your company doing a great service today by removing graffiti on Oswell and college, near my neighborhood. I pulled over to acknowledge them on doing a good job and great service to the community. He also handed a pamphlet with additional information to read over.

I can't remember the last time my wall looked so new annd I can’t think Nathan enough for helping me clean the graffiti on the wall outside my house. It had been there for 4 or 5 years or so, and I had almost given up hope of ever getting it removed. He was incredibly friendly, efficient and thorough, and now the wall looks as good as new.

We are so thankful for the team at Alert! They had an incredible response time to our kitchen flood to make sure everything was dry and preventing mold! Kolin was helpful throughout the entire process from drying to the installation. And Aaron was helpful dealing with the insurance pieces. We highly recommend them!
