Michael and his brother were able to come out to help get us started with our pest control service. We are new to Kern County and we wanted to ensure that our home would have all the creepy, crawlers that like to hide in places. He sprayed our entire yard and every corner of the house. It was quick, easy, and great pricing. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good pest control company.

This time the man that came, Oscar, was just as good as we remembered. we had a question about still seeing the pests in our kitchen and he explained why that was happening and said he would be following up in a couple of weeks. This company is unreliable I had the worst experience with them. They show up whenever they want to even when you have scheduled time. It is my second month in contract and both times it happened. The first time they came out i had an appointment 9-10 and they showed up at noon. Stated technician was sick no one gave me a call to reschedule it was until I called multiple times that finally someone came out. Such an inconvenience, second month same as first I called they stated they had no records in their system of them coming out. It’s like I have to be hunting them down to come out to service my house. Stay away if I could cancel the contract I would.
