I was working on a project that required pre and post elevation certificates and Monument surveying was very responsive throughout the entire process. Monument surveying was able to answer all questions I had in a short time and even used their expertise to answer questions I had regarding county policies that would surround the permitting process. I am incredibly happy with the level of service I received with this company and will absolutely use them for any surveying needs in the future.
I am a foundation contractor and hired Monument Land surveying for the first time to survey a project. We found them to be competitive with there pricing punctual with our appointments and the turn around time on the documents was immediate!

Joe took the time to explain his survery plan and why. We also learned a little bit of history on one of the original markers. VERY happy with the results and customer service from the office was additionally amazing!

Please avoid this surveyor everytime and stay away from him.
He took my retainer of $2000 and never did the work. He created contract in a wicked way with payment to Surveyor for all effort on cancellation.
Guess what. He cancelled my contract even before starting it and charged full $2000 for office work before even starting survey.
Never sign his contact with "Time & Material" payment clause and hold him accountable for payment on "actual" deliverables ONLY.

I had Monument Land Surveying complete the survey and related documents for a lot merge as well as a boundary survey. They were very responsive and helpful in every way. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional organization. My kudos to both Cheri and Joe!

We hired monument to survey and do topography for a steep slope site in order to move forward with development. They were extremely prompt in providing a proposal of costs and services, scheduled an initial site visit immediately, and followed up with the final survey and property stakes. Could not speak more highly of their professionalism.
