Paid $55 to have a guy come out only to tell me he needs to do research on my top load washing machine after looking at it. Never called back, I had to call twice for a response to say they recommended replacing the unit. I appreciate them not trying to fix something that’s broken. But I don’t like being left hanging and not responded to.

Great service and very convenient. I easily scheduled a same-day appointment online to repair my mom’s noisy Kenmore dryer. The technician was punctual, and the repair was completed in an hour. I appreciated managing the entire process online, from appointment to payment. However, I deducted one star because they did not offer a senior discount for my mother, who is over 100 years old

What a great experience with fixing my dryer. It was making a terrible screeching noise because it was broken internally, and Appliance Repair was able to come out and service me within a few hours of my calling in, and took care of it on the spot within 30 minutes, and now it works perfectly. The pricing was really great as well. I will 100% use this company again in the future, and recommend them as well. Really great pricing.

Our washing machine stopped working and draining and it had an OE error message. My husband went on line and we followed all the instructions it said to do…clean out the filter, make sure there were no kinks in the water lines or in the drain line, and then drain the washer, making sure nothing was obstructing the water drain flow line….like coins or sand!
After doing all that we came to the same conclusion as the on line video that it was the pump that was damaged. We called Appliance Repair USA, and scheduled an appointment for Monday.
Ivan, one of the technicians texted me that he could be there early. He arrived early and quickly went to replacing the pump. I had sucked all the water out from hose and filter area and from the tub as well after draining it. It saved him one additional step with his shop vac, since there would have been water everywhere had he not done that step.
Usually the filter is clogged, ours was not. Most of the time the blades which turn/circulate are usually worn out or missing; ours were not. However, ours had stuff going through that actually bent/warped the angle of the blades. See attached photos.
One very POSSIBLE reason for this is the cleaned Kleenexes I/We leave in our pockets… seriously some of them may go through the system and down the drain!
Many LG washers have a water pump problem, and there are many things you can do to prevent them from happening to you!
1. Clean your filter and drain any remaining water out of the hose.
2. Clean the rubber gasket regularly… every 3 months.
3. Clean the soap/fabric dispenser regularly; which I do and will continue to do. Fabric softener coagulates and can cause a mess.
4. Make sure there are no kinks in your hoses leading to and from the washing machine.
5. If it’s still an OE issue and the washer will not complete a load and gets stuck, call Appliance Repair USA! They responded to my call and got our repair technician out to us QUICKLY!

Great work! Highly recommend. I had a five year old top load whirlpool washer that was diagnosed and repaired within two hours. Guaranteed to work like new with the new parts for 3-5 years. He also gave me some good advice to only fill top load washers halfway since the suspension arms will be too heavy if overloaded.

Had such a great experience with Appliance Repair USA! My oven was working on and off for quite some time and stopped working completely right before the holidays. I was desperate to find someone to get it fixed quickly, and was so happy that they sent a technician right away. Ivan was extremely professional & knowledgeable, found the root cause right away, and fixed my oven in literally no time!! He also shared some tips and tricks for the oven care. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, highly recommend!

Reliable company ! I called on Monday to set up an appointment for my Kenmore refrigerator not cooling. Ivan stop by next morning and diagnosed issue with fan it was frozen he had the part he charged me 230$ for repair I think it it reasonable price and gave me 3 month warranty and peace of mind that my fridge should be fine for another 4-5 years. Fingers crossed. Long story short today is Tuesday evening and my fridge is 34 F. I can’t be more happier. I recommend my neighbors to call them. I think it is the best Appliance repair service in Buena Park and Cypress area. I have big experience dealing with home service companies and it was on of the smoothest.
