We are so happy with the quality and professional experience from D & A. They helped us decide on what colors to use by sending us pictures. They were very easy to work with to schedule times to give us a free estimate and do the installation. We're so happy to have a shade during the day and then we can close it up to see the stars at night!
Jon (owner) and Omar of D & A Shade and Awning quickly and efficiently made a repair by replacing two broken struts to our 35' awning. They were pleasant and responsive during the process as was Cindy in the office. We highly recommend them for hitting all the high notes as a service provider!

D&A Shade has been supplier for my complex for last 25 years. They have never failed to take care of anyone wanting shades and gate covers. I just had the shades I bought 22+ years ago and they are beautiful and working up/down over my sliders protecting them from hot summer sun. Can't say enough about great work they've done for not only me but our complex here in Palm Springs.

D&A just installed our second awning, and as with the first, the product is excellent, and the installation efficient. All personnel we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Very happy!

It was a delight to work directly with Jon (owner) of D & A Shade & Awning, from picking out the appropriate awning and fabric to watching as he and his helper did the installation. Additionally, Cindy in the office was always cheerful and very responsive. If a friend ever needs an awning we will definitely highly recommend D & A.

Shade + Awning (Jon Weisel and staff) did an OUTSTANDING job of replacing our outside awning in specific time and price. He visited our home, looked at our current awning, took exact measurement's, showed numerous samples of replacements, gave us the estimate and an date of delivery. He arrived on date and time specified; installed new awning and was finished within the time stated. What was a refreshing, no hassle experience...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

D & A Shade & Awning Company designed, built and installed an attractive and effective retractable awning for my patio. Working with them was pleasant and satisfying. Jon, Cindy and their staff are knowledgeable, considerate and supportive. With expertise, they patiently guided me to the best solution and value. After researching various shade and awning companies, I am grateful to have selected D & A and heartily recommend them; I honestly cannot imagine considering any other company! PS: an example of their above-and-beyond customer satisfaction commitment was going to check on the awning AND my garden after the windstorm in the summer of 2023 while I was out of town, and even responded the same day that I called. They even sent photos showing that everything was alright. How many companies would have done this? Thanks, Cindy, Jon and staff of D & A Shade & Awning.Truly exceptional service!
