Just got off the phone with the owner. I wanted to see if he could take a look at some material on a project I'm working and help me identify it. He was rude and wouldn't even share 5 minutes of his time to help me out. If you're considering have work done here just be aware of the poor attitude. I understand that this is a job shop and not an upholstery supplier but any good salesperson would at least have the customer come in and help them out in hopes that they could acquire a potential job
Had him do a motorcycle seat great cost quick turnaround time and the results were amazing I would highly recommend outstanding craftsmanship

I came in here to talk to this guy about doing some work on my boat, and he wouldn't even give me the time of day. I tried to show him pictures and he refused to even look at them. I wasn't looking for a written estimate, and I made sure to let him know that oh, I just needed a ballpark figure so I could figure out what I wanted to do. He was unwilling to even do that. He may do great work, I didn't get that far with him, and I never will. As a business owner myself I know how to treat customers, maybe he should learn.

The best upholstery service in Chico. Chris is very easy to work with. I recommend going with them for any upholstery work.
