I had a pipe break in my kitchen and the water ruined all of our cabinets. My insurance was unwilling to pay for it so Mark and his team came in and got us the money we needed to repair our kitchen and make it beautiful again. I will never use another company, these guys are the absolute best and they care so much!
When we had a fire in our attic space over our kitchen, APA came in and helped us with everything in Aug. of 2020. They were great I would give them a 5 star because the staff in the office were amazing but their contractors were less than desirable. The electrician they hired had trouble putting a ceiling fan in, putting up our bathroom lights to the correct hight, and now after 3.5 years we are having trouble with the electrical line they rewired. The breaker box sub panel still isn't up to code and all they have to say is that it pass inspection and my insurance wouldn't pay for the ordinance law /code update even though it is on our policy. The breaker box and sub panel are outdated and every electrician we have talked to says that it should have been replaced.
The roof that was replaced was caulked and not patched correctly and is now leaking around the chimney and they won't return our calls to come out to look at. We had to go up and fix it ourselves.
We thought that there was a warranty on it but I guess not since we can't get a phone call back. When our cabinets were being replaced we had crown molding added but the carpenter put a seam in the middle of our cabinets and when we brought it to their attention, they said there wasn't money to fix it.
They did get the insurance to respond and payout quickly but I would say you need to be there every day to supervise and make sure things get done correctly and fight for what is the right way to be done. They did do the extras that we wanted but it was at the expense of doing things right. Or pay your deductible and use your own contractor.
Again, the office staff and Advance Public Adjusting are great, it's the contractors we had an issue with.

They literally were there in my hour of need. My house caught on fire on New Years Day. All I could think of was getting my dogs to safety. With the dogs in my vehicle I parked up wind from the house, rolled down the windows, and walked back to my home. What a helpless sureal feeling. I had no idea what to do as the fire department worked hard to put the fire out. I watched as they cut holes in my roof and pour water on the fire. No matter how much a person plans for an emergency, it's terrifying to go through it.

After such a big loss APA was able to help us get back on our feet again. Derek was so helpful and on top of everything and Josh was so friendly and officiant I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that experiences fire damage! They did way more for us then our insurance was ever willing to!!! They are FANTASTIC!!!

Josh & Derek were amazing! Handled our claim fast and efficiently. The ladies in the office were so sweet too! Best customer service ever!
