I had Anlin windows installed just about a year ago. One of the windows has a leak due to an issues between geometric part and rectangle part. The whole piece should be one part, but somehow the part in-between didn't seem to be bonded correctly. I called installer ATBS who told Anlin had to fix it because it was not properly mulled at the factory. I called Texas Anlin rep Ken Freeman. He came out and saw it. He said that it was ATBS who didn't properly mull it. However, he promised he would try to fix it. It was two months ago. From that time on until now, Ken Freeman did not keep his promise to fix. Many times he lied. Then I contacted Anlin about the issues. Saroun Sary called and heard the issue from me. He promised to fix it by sending someone about 3 weeks ago. Then it didn't happen. After that, whenever I tried to contact Saroun he never answered the phone. I called and left messages to Sergio Gutierrez Sr. who is warranty manager. He never returns the call. I wanted to speak to them and discuss the options. However, they keep telling me through an answering agent to work with Ken Freeman, who doesn't even answer the phone calls or respond to text messages. Ken Freeman remains completely disconnected. Little did I imagine that it is this difficult to get customer issues taken care of by Anlin. It is so much difficult to speak to anyone in warranty department at Anlin. This is very contrary to their original promise of warranty statements. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This company is not trustworthy or reliable. Do not buy their windows if you expect trustworthy warranty support and service. They do not care for the customers.

My experience with Anlin Windows&Doors was entirely consistent with the other 5 star reviews! It is clear that the company intends superior support of their product, which we were lucky enough to have preexisting in a recent house purchase. Given that the warranty coverage transferred to us with less than a year remaining on labor, we were mighty impressed with the way the company communicated with us and ultimately handled our request. The technician, William Batt, arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue with a new mortise lock and striker plate. We were shown the replacement parts and given an opportunity to inspect everything. I cannot recommend Mr Batt any higher for the overall experience and the professionalism of his efforts. Thank you Anlin for backing your products and for servicing them with great people like Willy!

I couldn't believe my ears hearing that I had a thirty year warranty. But it's true! The repair was fast and looks like a new window.
