I wish I could give them 10 stars! This company truly stands out as the best gate company in the area. After receiving quotes from four other companies, all of which were higher, I was starting to lose hope. Then, Contra Costa, the fifth company, came into the picture.
Their project manager, Matt, visited the very next day. He was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the new gate system thoroughly, a level of service I didn't experience with the other companies. Matt was highly professional and efficient, providing an estimate without the lengthy sales pitch. While their price was fair and not the cheapest, the exceptional experience made it worth every penny!
Love working with this company. This is the first time I convert a garage door to the gate. Matt patiently explaining the process. He is very responsive and really listening and addressing all my concerns. The crew are also awesome. They are very clean and make sure everything is properly done. Highly recommended

I recently had my damaged gate replaced by Automatic Gate Masters, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The communication was seamless, thanks to their responsive administrator and punctual project manager, Matt. They provided a detailed estimate promptly, and their pricing was not only reasonable but far more comprehensive than other quotes I received. Their expertise in gates and openers is evident, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I have encountered multiple gate issues, and this team has consistently been a reliable problem-solver.
Matt approached every concern with a calm and reassuring demeanor, taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly.
Some time ago Matt installed our large double swing gate, and recently he upgraded our call box to the new model. His attention to detail was evident. The office staff was equally accommodating and helpful.
I highly recommend their services for gate installation and call box replacements, especially if you're looking to upgrade from an older model.

Highly recommend Contra Costa gates! Matt was very informative and patient with us as we didn’t know anything about the process of having an automatic driveway gate installed. Installation went smoothly and we are absolutely in love with the final product. After project has been completed (we already paid) we needed some help with the keypad programming- Matt was very responsive and addressed all of our questions.
