Transit center has been a mess for months. The young lady that is assigned to it, from the public works. NEVER BOTHERS TO GO AROUND THE BUILDING SIDE ON Merced Street. ALL THE TRASH CANS ARE HAVE BEEN PILED UP FOR MONTHS...same with the area where the huge trash bins are. Homeless people leave trash,carts and sleep there.
