Our toilet started leaking in the middle of the night and water was dripping into our downstairs bathroom. We were concerned to say the least. Called A-1 and Jennifer was amazing. She got us on the schedule that day and sent a plumber over within 45 minutes. Jose arrived, diagnosed the problem immediately, provided a reasonable estimate and had the problem fixed by noon. Truly amazing! Jose was friendly and empathetic. We are so appreciative of both Jennifer and Jose. Highly recommend!

A-1 Total Service Plumbing

My parents were having a backup. I called two different companies before calling A-1 Total Service Plumbing. The first one was one that I used all the time that promised they'd show up the next morning that stood us up, and the second one didn't have any availability for a few days. When I reached out to A-1 they were available the same day and was able to diagnose the issue right away. I was provided with detailed photos, and made it accessible for me to see in real time. Though the work ended up being major plumbing and expensive, I felt very confident that the work wasn't overpriced. The Plumbers' recommendations didn't sound like he was trying to gouge us. My parents ended up having to replace the entire sewage system since they lived there for over 50 years and never having it updated. Then later found that the water heater needed to be replaced due to a botched job previously done. The plus, after all was finished they ended up having a garbage disposal blockage, which they took care of days later, at no cost. I would definitely recommend this company because they have integrity and experience. So happy I went with them. I will be using them for all of my parents future Plumbing needs. Excellent service! Another company couldn't come, but A-1 Total Service came and discovered the plumbing issue. Robert came and took care of first problem, then contacted his supervisor, Alvin, to bring diagnostic camera to detect main reason plumbing backed up. He showed us what he saw, made recommendations and we proceeded with the suggested solution. All plumbing issues on older homes will be costly, so it's either pay now or pay later. A team of knowledgeable men were sent to complete a major job that took 3 days. They were all professional and respectable which made the process easier for us to deal with. Neighbors stopped by to find out what was happening. We will give them A-1's info for plumbing issues, for sure. Alvin & Robert were the leads, but Ozzie and Devon were so helpful too! The other men who installed the sleeve were also knowledgeable and worked hard. Management is doing a great job hiring the right people. Thank you all! Evelyn & Tony
