This was my 2nd experience with Discount Appliance Repair. I bought a house wherein the former owner left his washing machine and clothes dryer. Last fall, the washing machine failed and the repair would have cost nearly what a new machine would have cost. The repairman, upon request, recommended brands I should look for in a long-lasting replacement. Yesterday, the dryer failed but was a relatively easy fix. The repairman again was flexible in scheduling, arrived on time, charged a reasonable rate, repaired the problem quickly, and was even willing to use my vacuum to clean out the inside of the machine. I will be reaching out to him again for future appliance repairs! It is so hard to find help I feel like I can trust and afford, but this company has earned my praise and my business.

Absolutely the best; couldn't be happier with their service to repair our old refrigerator. Thomas was wonderful, going out of his way to help get the repairs done. When he couldn't get ahold of us by phone, he came to our house in the early evening and knocked on the door with the needed replacement part. Old refrigerator works perfectly again. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
