My mini split ac system is not cooling well and my home warranty company ask me to find a contractor to do the repair and I will get reimbursed for the cost. They require that the service technician to call them to explain the diagnosis. I called several hvac shops and none of them want to deal with home warranty. But Fuse is willing to go the extra mile after I explain to them the situation. Service tech Chirill is very knowledgeable and efficient. He came to our house on time, diagnosed the problem, talked to my home warranty evaluator and gotten the approval, then drafted the estimate, all completed within 2 hours. Then we scheduled him to come back the next day to do the repair. So within 2 days, I got my ac working again and I only paid the $85 service call fee. I am very satisfied with Fuse service and I highly recommend them to anyone.

A very professional and courteous company. Here is a list of things for which I gave them five stars. They: 1. Picked up the phone right away, something that some of other highly rated companies didn't do. 2. They were clear about estimated pricing. 3. They scheduled the technician to arrive within a few hours of my call, despite of the heat wave that hit this weekend. 4. They sent me the name and photo of the technician when he was on the way. 5. The technician, Lurii, diagnosed the problem and politely waited for me to finish my video visit with the doctor because he had arrived later than promised due to the traffic. 6. He was very polite and professional, and quickly replaced the capacitor, that he had in his van. 7. The van exterior was clean and displayed company info. 8. The price was reasonable for the area and for the prompt service, at $300. I would recommend them if you need quick service at a reasonable price.

Fuse was very responsive from the moment we first contacted them. After an initial meeting they quickly returned multiple quotes for the three different options we discussed. The installation was scheduled as soon as we signed the contract, working around our vacation. Their installers finished the job in much less time than originally estimated. After only one day, we were controlling our new heating and air conditioning system from our phones! They even came back the next day to make sure everything was working properly and even crawled under the house to make adjustments to our ductwork. The heat pump system they suggested and installed is incredibly quiet and efficient. We will definitely be hiring FUSE again when we put a ductless system in our ADU.
