Not very helpful came in at 4:30 and they close at 5:30. They were 3 male employees just standing and sitting around. I asked one of them where the Italian tile was located and he told me down the hall in large showroom. No real follow up. I browsed for half an hour and could not get anyone to help me so I left. I was only planning on spending $$$$.
Drove 2-1/2 hrs each way to the showroom. They would have shipped the very hard to find, tile we wanted. But I wanted face to face support and tools for our DYI project. The drive was well worth it!! Kris and the team made me feel welcome and took the time to help me in detail. They went the extra mile to get the manufacturers tips and tricks. We shopped our tile extensively and Creative Tiles prices, drew us to them but because of their service I will champion them to everyone I know. Also the showroom was very impressive with tile for every job. From exotic imports to every subway color you can imagine, all very competitive and high quality.

Creative Tile has by far the largest selection of tile and accessories I have witnessed. Cristina was very helpful but not pushy. I can recommend!

Quick and easy! Kris was attentive and met our needs. Kris was able to work within our budget. He made it his mission to make sure we got what would work for us. If you ever need tile, this place is a must. The selections are massive, and the customer service is outstanding! Bravo ? ? 5 ? ? ? ? ?

Christina Ruelas is the best! She assisted me with a kitchen remodel. I love my tile and grout color and I've had it for two years now.
I called Christina two days before Christmas with a need to put in a lip free shower for my mom since she fell this week. Within a day, I had contact info for two contractors who are able to do the work right away. She has great contacts due to being in the business for so long. I benefit greatly from her connections, knowledge and expertise.
I am so thankful to work with a professional like Christina, who is dedicated to customer service. I recommend Creative Tile to all my family and friends!

Great selection. Wonderful customer service. Christina is an amazing specialist! She understands our design aesthetic and has provided expert suggestions that have been spot on! She makes sure we get the best value and follows up with a text, phone call, or email. Our remodel has stretched out for over 8 months and Christina has worked along side us and our contractor throughout. I cannot praise her highly enough! When a delivery problem arose (my fault, not Creative Tile's), Christina quickly and professionally rectified my error. I have the highest confidence in Christina and as a result Creative Tile is my first (and usually last) stop in making my flooring, tile, and counter top purchases.

After searching for tile at several places, (including Fire Clay in SanFrancisco), I finally took a look at Creative Tile in Fresno. All I can say is: Wow. I worked with Kristina, who spent ALOT of time showing me different examples of tile that would give me the look that I wanted, at a price I could afford. Very efficient she was, and also very excited about my ideas and the aesthetic I was trying to achieve. Such a fun place to browse, and great, friendly customer service! I can't imagine EVER going anywhere else for my tile or stone needs. Very special place. And, thank you again, Kristina, for your awesome help!
