It's a good place if you want to dispose of your water or sell scrap metals or cardboard boxes

Regardless of what the sign says... I brought a broken down 80 pound cabinet in a Prius, and I was told it would be $150. This place is not a public dump unless you are dropping off more than a ton...

Came here 1/19 with UHaul cargo van almost full of household junks, waited at scale per staff worker instruction, the machine noise was supersonically loud, when my turn to pay the dues, cashier informed me they only take concrete/ construction debris etc... Was referred to nearby Republic Services where they'll take all sorts of trash. That facility charges $145+ per ton minimum, trash site was ghostly beyond bearable!!!!!

Clean, well organized and convenient.. Convenience comes with a price: $120+/ton it's about the only option for the west south-bay. Tip of the day: If you have concrete, dirt, and demo.. Separate the clean concrete and dirt and the demo it can save you money on your project. Stop by the office they are friendly and answer questions, grab a pamphlet. I haven't had much luck on the phone. 2nd tip of the day: Bring a helmet and reflective vest!!! Save $20(b.s., yeah I know)
