Bert is the man! I called early this morning and he was here within less than an hour and fixed it and went about his way. Nowadays there’s no customer service but he was very nice and I would highly recommend this place if you need repairs on appliances. Thanks again Bert

I am very impressed, once again, with this company. Bert arrived at our house promptly, diagnosed the new issue we were having with our dishwasher and fixed it right away. The dishwasher hadn’t been draining properly and I was afraid it’d need a new draining pump, but it had a difficult to reach clogged pipe. Bert also got rid of an unnerving sound our icemaker was making. The pricing was very reasonable and the diagnosis and recommendations for future maintenance clear and expertly. Replaced the washer was recommended. Temporary use ok but replacing of drive agitator not worth the cost. On a 16 yr old appliance.

Was able to get same day appointment. Technician Junior came and quickly diagnosed my dryer and was able to fix the issue. Was very honest and helpful. Explained everything. Would highly recommend.

My refrigerator was not working this am, I called and was told that they could come today. Alex was at my house within an hour. He checked it, found the issue and the repair was done within an hour. Could not be happier that I found their number and called. I highly recommend this business to anyone and above all else, I am supporting my local business community

When our dryer stopped heating I called and they were able to have someone come in the very next morning. Bert was very professional and friendly. He explained what was wrong and what part needed to be replaced. He changed the part and was able to fix our dryer in about 30 minutes. We will definitely be calling them again for future repairs. Thank you Bert!
