Unprofessional and rude. Bad experience started with Brenda in customer service not providing a clear explanation as to the services they provide followed by Kenneth the installer disrespecting my 16 yr old daughter. At the end of the install, he confronted her about our labradoodle’s barking and growling making him uncomfortable. She informed Kenneth that he was a friendly dog and was just looking to be pet. She also asked if he was that uncomfortable why he didn’t say anything sooner so she could put him in the garage. Keep in mind the dog was on a leash the entire time and Kenneth would pet him as he walked by going up and down the stairs. My daughter thanked him for the install as he proceeded to slam the door on his way out.

I am very pleased with my recent experience with Huntington Beach Glass. I needed 2 windows replaced and called for an appointment. Patrick came out and gave me the estimate, also telling me all the details of how long the job would take, what the job entailed. When he returned to install the replacement windows he again explained what he'd be doing and did the job quickly, efficiently and quietly. He's a personable young man, pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Huntington Beach Glass to anyone reading this. A great job for a fair price.

Outstanding company. From the moment you call you are greeted by Brenda who is so helpful and knowledgeable. I have used Huntington Beach Glass and Mirror for years and have NEVER been disappointed. Brenda setup an appointment with Pat to check out my project and I couldn't be happier. Pat had such amazing ideas and is very knowledgeable and professional. I still can't believe he hung all these large mirrors by himself and they look amazing. He also left my rooms cleaner than when he arrived !!! Thank you all so very much. I will never go anywhere else for my window or glass needs. Carol W.
