Was lucky enough to have Alex take care of me same day on the weekend! Very straightforward and knowledgeable in diagnosing and addressing the issue. I found this company through Google as I was looking to replace my old garage door. Upon contacting them I got a tech scheduled and sent out to me right away. Their tech Yuri was very professional, friendly, ontime, and easy to work with. He understood my concern and suggested a few suitable options which I ended up getting him installing one the same day. So the entire process from searching to get the replacement was less than a few hours. I highly recommend these guys.

We had an issue in the middle of the night with the garage door. We searched in google and contacted the Best Garage Door. They responded in 10min and came out to fix in 30min. Very quick response more than expected. Alex from the Best Garage Door explained how and why the garage door was malfunctioning. And gave us several options to fix it. He quickly replaced the springs and bar which holds the garage door. It took about 1hour or little more. Alex cleaned up the after mess and showed how the garage door was working after fix it. We were very pleased and happy about his job done as well as his customer service. It’s extremely professional and excellent work! We thank him and the Best Garage Door for fixing our garage door!

I highly recommend Best Garage Door Repair! The customer service is impeccable! They were really easy to work with and very helpful in helping us choose the best garage door for our home. Alex the technician who replaced both of our garage doors was super friendly and really takes pride in his work product. He definitely provided white glove service! Not to mention they offered competitive pricing and we ? didn’t feel like they were pulling a fast one on us as we felt with other companies! We will be customers for years to come for sure!
