A new service with Arrest a Pest was super easy to set up with Tracy. I liked their responsiveness and the service options that they offered fit my needs. I spoke with Adam on the day of service and he was friendly and able to answer my remaining questions. Multiple forms of payment options are available which is nice. Their tech, Gabriel, was knowledgeable and explained his procedures. He was quick but thorough.
WOW! what great service we were provided. Adam was beyond excellent in assisting us with those summer bugs. The monthly program they offer is so beneficial and worth it. But beyond what they provide as services it’s the customer service we love. We called not even 24 hours before he came to our home but because of my worry he provided urgency to take care of us and give us a peace of mind. Please give your business to this company, worth every penny.

Am impressed with Arrest a Pest because of the customer service. Adam was a great listener and provided professional advice and sent Hugo (a technician) out to Arrest my Pests. Hugo was an exceptional technician, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I am awaiting results of the ARREST! Hoping for no more assaults from pests? After a second visit by Hugo all pests are GONE!!! I am a grateful and very satisfied customer! This Company has more than earned 5 stars!!! Call them for your ‘Pest’ needs! They get the job done in style!!!

Just switched from a big company with big rates to Arrest A Pest. Wow! What a difference! Employee was super thorough in spraying our property, not the 5 min quick walk around and we're done service we've been receiving. Owner was responsive and actually appreciates having our business. Upgrade your service and save money! Highly recommend this business!

It’s admittedly premature to submit a review following the initial application, but for what it’s worth . . .
Hugo, the company’s representative, arrived on-time as promised. He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely affable! He’s also very thorough based on my observations. This early in our relationship, I can say that you need not look any farther for a pest eradication company that succeeds in hitting the highest mark in superlative customer service. Should the company’s performance remain consistent, and the resident pests hightail it to wherever it is they go, then Arrest A Pest will be a keeper! Stay tuned. Oh, I forgot to mention, all this at a savings compared to our former exterminator! The firm is off to a great start!

I highly recommend Arrest a Pest!
I spoke with Adam, telling him I needed a 1-time spray for ants. He didn't try to up-sell me into a subscription like Western and others. He quoted me a reasonable price and said that he could do the work that day. A couple hours later, two very nice gentlemen showed up, on-time, including a call 10 minutes before they arrived. I showed them around the property - they shared their strategy with me and got to work. They were very thorough. The ant situation is handled and I couldn't be happier. Adam and his crew were great to work with, and I'll definitely use them again. And, they are an extremely responsive local business, which I appreciate.

I recently used Arrest-A-Pest for my pest control needs, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The technician who came to my home was punctual, thorough, and took the time to explain the treatment process to me.
Not only did Arrest-A-Pest effectively eliminate the pests in my home, but they also took preventative measures to ensure that the problem wouldn't return. I felt confident in their expertise and attention to detail throughout the entire process.
