Not reliable I called to get water damage repair and they schedule appointment for the next day between 3:00-5:00pm. No one showed up for the appointment. When I called them the owner of the company said. We cant make it today. We can come tomorrow same time. Again no one showed up the next day for the appointment. When I called them, they said sorry the owner made a mistake and entered the appointment date wrong and it is for tomorrow the same time. I could not believe what I heard! So we agreed to meet the next day. The next day a gentleman by the Name of Jim calls me and ask for me to take a few photos and send it to him and he will give me price over the phone. This company is not reliable, they waisted my time. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Sub ground sewer leakage from the kitchen area an old Iron pipe had eroded, The smell was horrific. I was in desperate need of finding the right Restoration company To clean up this atrocious mess. The technician Lisi Was very knowledgeable, professional. He Sealed off an area in the service porch down into the basement. Where the sewage at Leakage under the rusty pipe. The technician Lisi had brought this to my attention. And here we thought it was from the heavy rains flooding the basement Leaving a terrible smell. This company is honest. They go above and beyond. I recommend CALRESTCO.

When I told my insurance this company did the drying of my home, they asked me to change companies if it wasn’t too late. Unfortunately I did not take their warning and stuck it through. Now I’ve got an obnoxious bill that the insurance company isn’t covering because they’re cost is too high. Furious with my insurance company, I asked for the details. My adjuster spent an hour breaking down his estimate compared to theirs. He has all of the same work but for some reason calrestco is almost double the cost for all the same work. I STRONGLY recommend using someone else. This company is money hungry. My adjuster told me that they’re whole team has flagged this company for their unconventional costs. I’m still paying for this and it’s been months since this happened.

We needed to have 15 feet of pipe replaced, in a tiny crawl space under our house. The price was very fair. They guys came out the same day to inspect and the next day to repair. The guys were great and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Calrestco for your plumbing needs. Kari Smith

California Restoration was on the job right away, easy to work with and really made a positive difference. The team immediately came over and started fixing the disaster of water leak and mold. They kept me informed every day on the progress and left my home in great shape. If I ever have a need for their services or if I know someone that needs them I would not hesitate to call them.
