We hired Ace Demolition to remove our swimming pool and deck at our hillside home. There was limited access along the side of our house (6 feet) and curvy roads to get to our home, but they got the job done on time and for the quoted budget. Eric and Paul communicated the timeline and project steps well, and we were happy with the overall process. They handled all the aspects of communication with the City of LA Grading department and were on top of any issues that came up. Removing a pool and regrading the hillside is messy work, but they cleaned up after completing everything. And keep the work site tidy at the end of each day. All team members at the job site were friendly and thoughtful.

ACE removed our 600 cubic yard swimming pool. Big job, big mess, but they made the process easy and did a fantastic job preserving our concrete decking. The proposal was straight forward and extremely competitive in price. No unreasonable contingencies! A positive sign of a good contractor will have a great relationship with the city when you pull a permit (they did)! While, I rarely have a need to hire demo contractors outside of using a general, I would hire ACE again without hesitation. Great crew, in the field and in the office. Thanks guys!

I reached out to Ace Demolition about tearing down an unused, cinder block based horse stable. Paul was very quick to respond and set up a day for Robert to come take a look at the project site. Robert was very friendly & informative, and asked questions about the job that no other contractor had. They seemed to be genuinely interested in the job & what I wanted from it. They came back a few days later with a very reasonable quote, and I was sold. The team they brought out was also very friendly, and worked quickly. After 2 short days, the job was finished. Would hire again.
