We bought out bathroom tile from Discount Tile Center in 2008 when we remodeled the bathroom. Now that we're looking at adding a prime suite, we're back again. HUGE variety of tiles, simple to patterned, cheap to pricey.

Where to start? I bought tiles, but all the boxes were taped up. To my 'surprise', many of the tiles were broken and the broken pieces weren't even in the box. The tile was supposed to be 60% off, but they only gave me 40% and would not replace the broken tile. I've been to many tile stores, but this place has the WORST customer service. Rude and unhelpful, one can tell they don't care about the customer. I went there because it was closest to my jobsite. You may as well drive to another store, because you're wasting your time and money here.

Discount Tile Center treated this first time customer like a long time friend and gave me a great deal on the boarder tile I needed to finish tiling in my studio. The staff helped me pick the right piece to match my existing tiles and counter. They are knowledable and friendly. I couldn't be happier.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I could not be happier or more thankful to Discount Tile Center, Samson and the rest of the staff at this store. I had a relatively small order but i was treated like a King. Samson was patient, helpful and seemed to be able to cut through my own confusion/decision making process. Its clear he has years of experience. Not only that but the support staff was friendly and courteous - even through my blubbering indecision.

I ordered $1300 in tiles from the owner, Samson. When my handyman went to pick them up, he was told the forklift was broken. The owner said he would call my guy the next day and he didn't. When I called the following day, I was told that there weren't enough tiles in the warehouse and that I would have to cancel the order or purchase something else. Don't you think that an owner who operated in a professional manner would call the warehouse to verify there were enough tiles in stock before charging my card $1300? Or that he would return phone calls and not give my handyman the run-around? After reversing the charges on my card, I went somewhere else. I made the mistake of ignoring previous bad reviews and was tempted to do business there because it was close to my house and convenient. But I won't make that mistake again.

Good prices, wide selection, Samson the owner was very helpful, with a couple of exceptions. We ordered a polished bullnose tile as he checked and said that is would come polished, when received was matte! Ordered 2 pieces that they had to get from their Berkley store, and he dropped ball and ordered late, and when we called said could be up to a week!! We were not told this. We had other tiles shipped 2 day directly to our home, this is ridiulous.

Horrible experience, spent thousands of dollars only to be provided with broken tile without any option of replacements. Avoid the untrained rude staff, I recommend Mission Tile West.

Prices are fair and reasonable. I ordered 180 sq ft of Italian tile and it cost $970.
Store has a wide selection of tile suitable for any project you have in mind.
Nice large section of discounted tile scraps.
I didn't give them a full 5 stars because of their organization skills.
They are a busy place so expect to wait up to an hour to get assistance.
I called to place an order after visiting the store and landing on a type of tile for my kitchen.
They told me to email a Juan. I did and informed him of what I was interested in. He sent back a credit card form to fill out and email back. I replied within a day and didn't hear a message for the next few days.
Just make sure that you call to check they receive your order when you contact through email.
Tip - they do not deliver. Come with your own truck. They will help you forklift orders onto truck beds.
