I am truly WOWed by this family owned business! Nathan went above and beyond to help me out, and really took care of me to make sure I had the best experience possible. I was specifically looking for classic subway tiles and trendy patterned tiles, and he offered me various options to choose from. As someone who is not very familiar with tile, I was pleased to find that the staff was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I was given plenty of time to browse the selection and was never once pressured into making a purchase. I am so happy with the quality of the tiles I ended up choosing for my home.
I just completed my tile purchase online. Farhad was very patient and helpful as it took me a several weeks to finalize my selections. I was able to purchase beautiful, high-end tile for a really great price.

I was really hoping to have a positive experience here, as the showroom is in close proximity to myself and many of my clients on the west side. However, if you are an interior designer sourcing materials, I would avoid this showroom. While they have a very nice assortment of tile, they discourage clients from taking samples with them. I was completely fine with the $100 deposit required in order to borrow a sample, but when I came back to borrow the same sample again due to my clients uncertainty, I was met with complete disrespect on the owner’s side. To be honest, I have never experienced a less professional way of handling, not only the sample process, but customer service. I understand that everyone has bad days and he may have been jaded by previous unpleasant experiences, but it is extremely disrespectful to take it out on a potential new client. Before this, I had never been treated like a criminal for borrowing a sample. It was truly a mind boggling experience. As a result, I can’t recommend this place. Honestly shocked by my treatment here and the fact that I even feel compelled to write a review.

My interior designer recommended this place a few years ago, and I love it. Lots of options, the best quality you can get, and also unique opinions you can choose from. Options here feel endless with their large showroom. I used them for my personal house and houses I flip. I always get many compliments, and my house feels like an advertisement for this place. The quality and design helps me sell the homes for over-market value. I highly recommend this place.

I was searching for a tile store near me and found Marble & Tile USA online. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by the staff and couldn't help but notice the impressive selection of tiles. I've been there a couple of times since, and have noticed that the showroom always looks fresh since they're constantly bringing in new products. Very refreshing unlike most other tiles stores in LA. Not only that, but I was very impressed by the customer service.

The best kept secret on the westside. I was looking to remodel my pool and backyard, and was referred to this tile store by a close friend. The staff was extremely helpful and offered great design advice specific to our needs. They made the entire process very easy for us. We will be back!

I am so happy I discovered this family owned business.
My boyfriend and I are remodeling our spanish home and
I found the perfect kitchen porcelain tiles and
engineered wood floors.
I highly recommend this store because they are so
friendly, professional and honest. They are quick to reply
with quotes, have amazing & competitive pricing, high
quality products/brands and a great variety of materials.

Friendly staff. Great prices and selection. Jasmine has incredible taste and is the best in the business. I was looking to remodel my 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home, and she gave me exactly the look I wanted. She educated me in which products to use where, which really made the process so much easier. They’ve just gained a loyal customer

A must see showroom on the westside.
Firstly: this is a family-run shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and Jasmine was so helpful in designing our new bathroom.
Secondly: They have a great selection of materials to choose from. I had been to a few other tile shops on the westside, and this was the most impressive showroom by far. Seriously, I was on the hunt for a shop like this and was pleasantly surprised once I found them on IG.
Amazing products, great service and staff, and not to mention, we are totally in love with our new bathroom. Will definitely be back here.
