I would recommend this company to anyone looking for amazing tile options. I started my project a year and a half ago and at fault of my own, didn’t order enough to complete it, I ended up having to wait for the following year for my particular product to come back in stock, when I finally received my second order, I was a little disappointed they were slightly different from the first order, BUT I am still very pleased with the service from this company. My suggestion would be just to order more than you need for your project (just in case) . You can’t beat their customer service, they were extremely fast with replies to email and keeping me updated. It was very easy to communicate with them. 10/10 will definitely use again for my next project!! Thanks again guys!
The product was as expected. The best part of the purchase was the amazing customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was not buying bulk product as a contractor. I'm just a homeowner doing a do-it-yourself project. They treated me like I was their best customer. I will definitely purchase here again!

I requested several tile samples. There was a problem with my order, so I followed up with an email. I had new samples sent to me via priority mail and received 24 hours after the email exchange.Truly outstanding customer service! Would definitely use this company again.

Saddle Brook Walnut Creek Porcelain Tile purchased. Amazing price, communication, shipping, and customer service. I had 11 pieces arrive damaged out of 125 boxes (10 pieces per box). No matter how well you pack, when you are moving 8,000 pounds of tile there is bound to be a break. They responded without hesitation to replace the damaged pieces. That is A+ customer service. We love the tile and are looking forward to having it installed

ordered multiple samples from Stone and Tile to my address in the Midwest. They arrived incredibly fast, much faster than anticipated. After seeing the product, I absolutely wanted to move forward with ordering. I placed an order and was shown a preview of the product. After confirming, they sent with tracking. I received the specific instructions on how to accept the delivery. The instructions were thorough and very clear. Luckily, there was no visible damage so accepting the delivery was problem-free.
Finally, I opened and checked every box of product and was stunned by the beauty and quality. Not one single broken tile. Well worth the money and the shipping cost. I used another company for a different tile to save on shipping and 60% of the boxes came damaged.... Lesson learned ;)
I will be recommending this company to everyone! Especially my west coast contacts. I cannot wait to see it installed and so wish I could add a pic here. 10/10 would recommend. The tile is also thicker and higher quality than anything I came across at big box stores like F&D, HD etc. I'm so excitedddddddd

Impressive polished marble exceeded my expectations. Sales reps are diligent and responsive. Provided pictures to insure satisfaction before fulfilling the order. And delivery was fast and flawless. Great product, great outfit.

Great service at an unbeatable price!” I had a great experience purchasing hard to find large format slate tiles. Their service was friendly & helpful through the whole process. I picked up the tile from their warehouse and was able to select the pieces I wanted! The price was the lowest with a huge selection of natural stones. I would recommend.

Great price on tiles and responsive. I tiled my kitchen, living room, hall, bath and 1 bedroom last year. I decided to finish the other 2 bedrooms and bath. They shipped me a box of tiles first to get my ok that they matched. Excellent, responsive company. I live in Northern California and it was cheaper to pay delivery cost then buy the stone here. If it’s a large order like my first order shipping is free.

When we ordered over 2300 sq ft of American estates spice tile 6x36 I wasn’t sure if this was a legit site to be ordering from because I never heard of them and price was cheaper than anybody but rest assure this is a great place to buy tile from , not only great prices but great service!! I bought over 10000 lbs of tile not one box damage or tile was broke !! The American estates spice tile is rich in color and has the appearance of hand scrape wood. I highly recommend this company would have gave 10 stars if I could !!
