Ethan is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We have a very complicated gate entry system at the school and church and Ethan knew exactly what to do to remedy the malfunction. Ethan was wonderful to work with... Fair pricing and a wonderful product...
I actually had financial issues right after the first estimate he gave me and had to delay my install by a couple months. He very kindly froze the deal he offered and gave me the same price even after all that time had passed.
The install itself went smoothly and I almost feel bad I ended up covering all his nice work up with a wooden box (as you can see in my photo here)
All in all, a good experience... If I ever need another gate I'll be calling them again!

Ethan made a good job and gave me a good deal on *what I need* when others were selling me a large expensive machine. He gave me extras like replacing a frozen rubber guide roller at no charge including parts, also I have a new gate wheel and he didn’t charge me to install it. Recommended and satisfied to the professional workmanship.

About a month ago, I was searching the web for a “five-star gate repairman” that would come out and service our gate along with installing a keypad+camera in front of my gate. Ethan’s professionalism, knowledge and expertise was everything I was looking for, which is why I am giving him this rating. He was very upfront and honest from the get go… He did not try to upsell me on a more expensive unit… He listened to the vision I wanted; and I couldn’t be any happier with the way my key pad/ring camera/gate is operating these days. I would 110% recommend him to anyone looking for quality work to be done at their residence, business, etc.!!!
