Took a vintage rug in for a deep steam cleaning. The receptionist was great, she handled my questions and made me feel confident in the store. Always good when the person answering is friendly and knowledgeable.
Michael did an excellent job on the cleaning and was proud of his work. He even helped me carry it out toy car.
The price was fair and there were no unexpected add-ons or changes. Best of all it was done in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
It has been 10 years since I have had my area rugs cleaned! I didn't think it was possible to remove the embedded dirt and stains from food spills and dogs. To my surprise they carpets came out cleaner then I expected, they almost look brand new!! Tanner and Kevin were very professional, when they removed the carpets and moved all the furniture on top... I didn't have to lift a finger.
I received the same excellent service when they returned the carpets. Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners is Top-notch !!

I recently had Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners clean my carpets and was very pleased with the service provided. The team, led by Gus, Mike, and Ben, were friendly, professional, and efficient. They were able to remove all the stains and left my carpets looking like new. I highly recommend their services.
