Top-notch service - I had an issue with an exterior door handle. Thinking I only needed a small screw to reattach the handle, nobody at any of the big hardware stores had an answer. I stopped in at California Lock and Safe. I was given the proper instructions on fixing the issue and was even loaned the tool to reattach the handle. I have used California Lock and Safe to rekey several properties before, but today's service just proved they are and will be my go-to for keys and locks. Thanks again

100% excellent experience. Had broken the only remaining ignition key for a vintage volvo, was advised only dealers could remake it from the VIN, and it would be days to ship, or it could be a re-key the whole car situation. Called CA Lock & Safe on a Sunday morning, they said bring it in, we'll see what we can do, for a very fair price, and that is what they did.
