Approved Contractors is probably one of THE best experiences we’ve had where the team is clear with the work, prices are reasonable with no hidden costs, and they do what they say they are going to do and ON TIME! They really know what it means to put the customer first and we have already recommended them to friends and family. We had stucco work done and some minor painting and window installation and their work is clean and to code. They would suggest to you to have the work they do inspected rather than not which should tell you something about the quality and pride they provide in their work. I have to give it to our foreman Rene who was an excellent communicator every step of the way, Matt our PM who created our scope of work and estimates who was responsive and available for our questions, and Kimi in the administrative office who was also responsive and kept us informed as well. We have nothing but good things to say about Approved Contractor. Just know that if you’re shopping for estimates and others might come in a tad lower, know that what you pay with Approved is what you will get, without hassle, without delay, and to us that’s actually cheaper in the long run!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work done by our contractor. He did an amazing job replacing our old siding. We opted for James Hardy siding and were determined to find a contractor with specific expertise and certification in this material. A lot of contractors say they can do it, but we needed someone certified by James Hardy. We wanted to avoid any potential issues and ensure the job was done right. Jared and his team were the perfect fit. They knew their job, had the right certificate and worked super fast. They worked efficiently and meticulously, leaving the work area clean at the end of each day. The price was totally fair, and his administrative team was so helpful with any questions we had. They even fixed little things quickly and were always nice about it. We've worked with them twice now and plan to continue doing so. After meeting with other more expensive contractors, we realized how lucky we were to find such a reliable and skilled team. We totally trust him and his crew. Highly recommend!

Approved Contractors Inc., was great from start to finish. We had an initial meeting to discuss options; no pressure, just info and pricing. Steve and his installation crew was stellar. Installation was great. There was one very small sealing problem, that Steve came back later and resolved. Their office staff is super nice and they kept us informed of product shipment and installation dates. Highly recommend this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Approved Contractor for a renovation project on my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service and professionalism. I had water leaks from the intense rain season which required me to not only redo all my stucco walls but brand new windows to replace the cheap retrofits. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to their dedicated team and commitment to excellence. Shout-out to Mike Powers for helping me throughout the process and my million questions. The rest of the team Kimi and Don for all their work.

The Approved Contractor Team is one of the most professional companies I've hired to help improve my 1908 Craftsman home. The office was very communicative, the foreman was polite and courteous, the painters we're great problem solvers and friendly. The project was done in about a month- there were some needed gaps due to rain. This is a company that prioritizes quality materials, great service, and fantastic warranties. Very happy with the lifetime warranty on my cool tex paint. Thank you for a great experience.
