I really wish I could turn back time and choose another Window company! Sivan has extremely poor service and quality of window installs for my home. After installation, I couldn't even open the windows without using all my strength with both hands. It's very disappointing and I'm surprised this company is even in business..

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Sivan which has no sense of customer service, quality control processes, and ethics. This was a 30 window + 2 door project. I have a lot of experience working with builders including plaster, flooring, doors, electric, plumbing, landscaping, pool work, etc. and will often give 5 star reviews for decent results even if they’re not perfect as I understand this business is challenging. However, the amount of problems, mistakes and lack of ownership is way too much with Sivan. Sivan ordered and installed the wrong windows, missed scheduling 3 times in a row, installed windows unleveled, chipped window paint, didn’t clean up their huge messes after install, doesn’t check window operations after install, installs windows that are very hard to open, couldn’t handle permits so I did it myself, didn’t follow up on problems to fix until I chased them everyday, cares about money collections way more than the client, and 100% does not take responsibility for mistakes they’ve made or acknowledge they made them in the first place. On payments, they will do anything to get paid. On Nov 14, their accounting department run by Mario lied to me about materials arriving and demanded payment. After I paid, Sivan’s Production team informed me the materials didn’t actually arrive. Towards the end of the project before the checks were fully complete, Mario also badgered me several times a week and threatened me about the last small payment even though there were issues outstanding. There was another customer on Houzz that reported Sivan withdrawing money from their bank account without authorization. Sivan doesn’t actually do the installs. They hire very low end sub-contractors with no licenses and don’t assign project managers to do the work so you’re stuck with random untrained workers at your house. I wrote a letter to their leader Yaniv with multiple follows up and never received a serious reply as they prefer to ignore problems and not provide real answers. There’s no words to describe my frustration with this company. If you care about your house or building, stay away from this company.

Sivan Windows did a fantastic job for our company and I would highly recommend them! Our property management company interviewed nearly a dozen window replacement companies to replace all windows and sliding glass doors at four different apartment buildings in the West San Gabriel Valley. We went with Sivan because of their knowledge, reputation, and price. We met Roi of Sivan Windows during the bidding process. He seemed knowledgeable and honest, both of which turned out to be true. One of the things we liked about both him and the company is that they referred us to a couple different window manufacturers, without pushing one or the other. They didn’t sell us on a particular window brand, which many window replacement companies, if they manufacture, sell only theirs. Sivan communicated well throughout the replacement process. In the end, we replaced nearly 600 windows and 100 sliding glass doors. They followed the schedule closely, leaving resident disruption to a minimum. If there was a mistake or a snag that was their fault, they owned it and made it right in the end. We are very happy that we completed the window replacements of all four buildings within a matter of months – it wouldn’t have happened without Sivan!
