If I could post less than 1 Star I would. Buyer Beware!! Their installation is awful. We had the work done in Fall '23, when it rains water just pours in. This company only blames others, says they did a perfect job. When we sought support, solutions and service they screamed and yelled. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.

If I could give these shady guys 0 stars I would. Homeowners beware! Not only was the installer’s work unprofessional and lousy, they left the house a mess without cleaning, leaving debris around the window and floors. Worst of all they damaged the molding and frame of the windows as you can see in the attached pictures. The sliding door was measured almost 2.5 inches short, there was empty space on the top section when they finished installation per the pictures. When we called and asked for the Manager to explain the problems and request fixing, they refused to take responsibility! We told them we will not pay the final balance until the installation is complete and they fix the molding which they damaged, which is warranted per the contract and under CA law. The response from John or David (Owner) was threatening, yelling and saying that if the balance is not paid, they will file a lien against the property. Given we didn’t trust them at that point and didn’t want them to make it worse, we were forced to fix it ourselves! I do not recommend anyone use these losers for your window work!

Great service, price, and product. I had this company give me the best price and also the best product. The installation crew was on time, professional, and hard working. They first took their time to lay down rugs and put plastic over everything that might get dirty. I was impressed with their work ethic and they fully cleaned up everything when they where finished. The quality of work was great. We love our new windows. I highly recommend this company to install new windows. From what I experienced, their price could not be beat and they use quality windows.

David showed up on time, evaluated the sliding door and recommend it be left alone due to the age of the door. We then asked him to give us an estimate on fixing 2 doors. He prepared the estimate and it was a fair price. He showed up on time and completed the work. He did an excellent job. We will definitly use him again and recommend him to our friends.

We search a few Windows & Doors distributors in Los Angeles to provide us with an estimate for what we needed, which was 14 windows, 3 interior doors & 1 sliding patio door...
